• Free Services: We offer an online archive where Users can access, read, download, and share commercial real estate research reports and financial disclosures of REITs at no cost.
• Paid Services: Our chatbot service assists Users in extracting key information from over 2,000 PDFs available on Sophilab.com. This service operates on a subscription model, detailed in Section 7.

4. Account Registration and Management

• Account Creation: To access certain features, Users must create an account by providing a valid email address. We utilize Mailgun services to verify email addresses and send communications.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Account Information: Ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date. Inform us promptly of any changes.

5. Use of Services

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. The billing date corresponds to the end of the free trial period and recurs on the same day each month.
• Payment Information: You must provide accurate and complete payment information. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your provided payment method.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Access to paid Services continues until the end of the current billing period upon cancellation.
• Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused Services.

• Frequency: Users may receive approximately 10 emails over a six-month period.
