The blue light mode accelerates the whitening effect of the gel, and a red light mode activates a soothing effect on the gums and eliminates bacteria.
Our Formula is the result of years of research and development, performed in a 100,000-level dust-free workshop. The gel is peroxide-free to avoid any sensitivity or discomfort and to protect the surface of your teeth.
Brush-Style Pen Tip
Syringes contained in many whitening kits are difficult to use. Most of the time the gel comes out too quickly, causing waste or incorrect positioning over the mouth tray.
Thanks to the smart twist-action our pen gently releases the gel from the soft tip, which allows for a much more precise and uniform cohesion with the tooth surface and preventing gum soreness.
WHY & HOW TO USE IT
The IVISMILE Whitening Kit is efficient against food and drink stains, smoke and discolouration due to ageing. As people age, the outer layer of enamel(6) on your teeth gets worn away, revealing the natural yellow colour of the dentin(7).
Please read the Special Notes section below before you start using the product.
Rinse your mouth with water.
Twist the rear part of the pen to see the mint-flavoured gel gently leak out.
Spread the gel uniformly on your teeth, avoiding the gums and keep your lips away from your teeth for about 60 seconds to allow the gel to absorb.
Introduce the device in your mouth and power on.
15 minutes of blue light.
10 minutes of blue and red light combined.
After 15 minutes, rinse your mouth with water.
Wash the device with water.
What people say
I'm very satisfied with this kit. It was my second attempt at teeth whitening and I'm so glad I gave this product a chance. My teeth now have a beautiful natural white colour. The great price and how good the kit looks is what convinced me, definitely superior compared to other similar products.
The Ivismile kit really helped with my confidence. Smiling was something I've always been uncomfortable with. I drink a lot of coffee and energy drinks and this really had a negative impact on my teeth. Ivismile kit has whitened my teeth 5 shades whiter and after 6 months the result is still the same thanks to the refills.
I have been looking for whitening solutions without peroxide because I was afraid of sensitivity and Sophilab's formula caught my eye. I couldn't have chosen a better kit, results are great and I barely felt any sensitivity during the treatment period. Thank You!
What does the kit do exactly?
LED light works alongside a tooth-whitening agent. The light will not change the colour of your teeth if used alone. However, it does act as a catalyst to speed up the reactions in the whitening process when combined with a whitening agent. PAP(8) (Phthalimidoperoxycaproic Acid) is a synthetic organic peroxy acid derived from caproic acid and phthalimide. The compound is used as a bleaching activator and unlike hydrogen peroxide(9), doesn't cause any damage or sensitivity to your teeth.
Why does the device use LED instead of UV light?
A study published in the Open Dentistry Journal found that light speeds up the whitening process, and is backed up by many other studies. This is found in particular when LED activator light is used in conjunction with whitening agent gels. Where in the past, UV light had been used as a catalyst to speed up the time taken for teeth whitening to occur, LED light is now much safer, and more accessible.
Is it Safe?
LED whitening has been developed to be safe for home use. The use of an LED light source as opposed to older, UV light sources, is much safer. However, bear in mind that teeth whitening involves putting chemicals into your mouth, so it is important to follow the instructions contained in the kit. Because our kit uses PAP instead of Peroxide, you will not be experiencing any pain or sensitivity.
After how long should I see good results?
The benefits are already visible after 1 week, but you need at least a 3 weeks period to reach a good whitening effect.
I have sensitive teeth, can I use it?
Yes because our formula does not contain any Peroxide, which is the cause of sensitivity on other whitening kits on the market. However, if you see problems or feel that anything is wrong, interrupt the treatment immediately and discuss the problem with a dentist.
How often should I use it?
We recommend not more than once a day. We recommend 3 times a week if you have sensitive teeth.
For how long should I use it?
We recommend you don't exceed the 3 weeks period.
Can I repeat the treatment if I am not completely satisfied with the result?
Absolutely. The whitening effects won't last forever. Once you have completed your treatment plan you should not use teeth whitening again for at least 20 days. After that period you can buy our gel refill on our store and repeat the treatment again.
